Classic Baked Lasagna

A warm, cheesy lasagna baked to perfection — perfect for family dinners or cozy nights in.
Ingredients
- 500g minced beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 700ml tomato passata
- 9–12 lasagna sheets
- 300g mozzarella, shredded
- 250g ricotta
- Fresh basil, salt & pepper
Directions
- Sauté onion and beef until browned.
- Stir in passata and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Layer sauce, pasta, and cheese in a baking dish.
- Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes until golden.
